If you have issues with your order please contact us within 15 days. So we can discuss a refund or replacement item. 

Accepted Reasons For Returns:

1 - There were wrong or missing items in your order. 

2 - The product was damaged or broken during shipping.

Non Accepted Reason For Returns:

1 - You have changed your mind or no longer need the item you ordered.

2 - The 15 Days have pasted since you received your order. 

3 - The product was damaged by you once you have received it and was not a result from shipping.

We Do Not Accept Returns on Personalized and Special Order products. If it was damaged during shipping please contact us so we can help.

We Do Not Accept Returns on SVG Files.

Christmas Returns Policy - December 20 is the final day to return Christmas themed items. We have this policy in affect to prevent decorating and returning after the holiday.

All Holiday Themed Items - Become Final Sale on the date of their holiday. New Year's, Valentine's Day, Family Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Canada Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Remembrance Day.
